How to use

Place the LED side against clean, dry skin on the lower back, knee, shoulder or hip. Secure the strap so the pad sits flat and comfortably, not tightly. Plug it into a UK socket and switch on, then sit or recline safely within the cable's reach. The timer stops after 20 minutes.
